Begins Monday, October 19th for four weeks at 3:00 PM. Many of us are weary, or engaged in unique and unprecedented ways as we go about our lives due to COVID-19. We may be feeling heavy of heart for those who are suffering, from coronavirus-related causes, fires in the West, or storm conditions across the country. We may be heightened to the disparity of treatment people experience due to racial injustice in our country. In the midst of this, how do we care for ourselves, and still have energy to support our communities? This series will offer some tools to help us slow down and open our awareness with care. Led by Rev. Gail Stearns, Dean, Wallace All Faiths Chapel at Chapman University. Check our website calendar for the link to join us starting Monday, October 19th. While those interested are best served by attending weekly, building upon their mindful skills, all are welcome even if they cannot make all four sessions. Questions?
